Legal
Privacy
In short: this site sets no cookies, embeds nothing from third-party servers and counts no visitors. The only thing stored is what you write into the waiting-list form yourself.
Controller
still to be filled in — the same details as in the legal notice.
What happens when you simply visit
The host processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier). That is unavoidable in operating a website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not analyse this data.

Waiting list
If you sign up, we store your name, e-mail address and what you write to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures, because you wish to buy a kitten. We pass the details to nobody.
We delete the entry once it is settled, and after two years at the latest. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — an informal e-mail is enough.
What this site deliberately does NOT do
- No cookies and no browser storage.
- No fonts from Google. They are served with the page. In 2022 the Munich Regional Court I ruled (case 3 O 17493/20) that embedding them directly breaches the GDPR, because the visitor’s IP address is sent to Google.
- No visitor counting, no analytics service.
- No embedded map and no video from third-party servers. Both would transmit data on page load.
- No captcha. reCAPTCHA and hCaptcha read from and write to your device. Spam protection comes from a hidden field and a timing check instead.
That is why no consent banner is needed: § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 requires consent only when something is stored on or read from your device.
